About Dr. Williams
Dr. Williams is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hand and upper extremity surgery. Dr. Williams also has a Subspecialty Certificate in Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Williams serves Salt Lake City, Sandy, and the Salt Lake Valley. He also takes care of many patients from the Elko, Nevada area.
Dr. Williams is an Orthopaedic Surgeon who completed a Hand & Upper Extremity Fellowship at The University of Pittsburgh and Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Williams earned his Medical Degree at the Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health in Columbus, Ohio. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Allegheny General Hospital. Dr. Williams earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise & Sports Science at the University of Utah, graduating magna cum laude.
Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Williams served as the Program Director for Medical Interpretation at Primary Children’s Medical Center while a student at the University of Utah. Dr. Williams is married with three children. During his free time he enjoys hiking, camping, running, wood-working, fly-fishing, and traveling.
