About Dr. Williams
Dr. Williams is a Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and also has received a Subspecialty Certificate in Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Williams has been serving serves the Salt Lake Valley for over 13 years. He also takes care of many patients from the Elko, Nevada area.
Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Williams served as the Program Director for Medical Interpretation at Primary Children’s Medical Center while a student at the University of Utah. Dr. Williams is married with three children. During his free time he enjoys hiking, camping, running, wood-working, guitar, and traveling.

My Medical Philosophy
My mother taught me that "it's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice." I try to live by this philosophy in my interactions with patients and staff.
Whenever possible, I try to treat patients with conservative (non-surgical) treatments first. Most conditions I treat are successfully treated without surgery. When surgery is necessary, I will take the time to carefully explain the rationale and expected outcomes of surgery. I try to make myself available at all times should any questions or concerns arise before or after surgery.
My commitment to my patients is to be a respectful, compassionate, skilled surgeon and treat all of my patients the same way I would treat my family.
